Build Service Terms & Conditions

Plum Play (‘Plum’) has joined forces with contractors Kent Flat Pack (’Contractor’), to provide an installation service for our products (’Goods’) to our customers (‘Customer’/’You’/’Your’) in an ever growing number of geographical areas.

By opting to use the Contractor services, you agree to the following terms in addition to our Contractor terms provided in the Kent Flatpack Information Pack

A contract to supply services shall be created when the Contractor has accepted an offer by Customer for the purchase and supply of services and acceptance of contract will be subject to the Contractor conditions.

A suitable date for installation will be fixed directly by Contractor with Customer directly in accordance with their Information Pack.

Contractor is not authorised to make modifications to the Goods. Any unauthorised modification to the product may affect the safety of your Goods and will void your warranty. For the avoidance of doubt this means the Goods shall be built by Contractor strictly in accordance with the manufacturers instruction and safety manual.

Risk in and to the goods passes to You upon delivery. You should insure and store the goods in a suitable, dry and safe place so as to avoid any damage to or theft of the goods prior to installation.
